My Microbiome Training and Journey

I am deeply passionate about the microbiome and have been fortunate to gain extensive experience in this exciting field. My work is evidence-based drawing on the fascinating and cutting-edge field of microbiome science. I love staying up-to-date with the latest research and implementing it in my practice.

My training and professional experience in the field include:

  • Senior Associate in the GIT fellowship at Gould’s Natural Medicine Clinic: five years working and training in-depth with Dr. Jason Hawrelak, a renowned expert in microbiome science.

  • Graduate of Dr. Moira Bradfield Strydom’s Vagiversity, Holistic Training for Vaginal and Urinary Health.

  • More than 15 years experience working as a naturopath and herbal medicine practitioner.
